Rihanna To Perform At BRIT Awards

Please perform "Kiss It Better" Rih Rih, the NAVY begs you!

2016 is shaping to be a great year for  platinum-selling recording artist Rihanna, as it has been confirmed that she will perform at the BRIT Awards scheduled to air on February 24th. Rih Rih will share the stage with Adele, The Weeknd, Coldplay, Justin Bieber, and the slept on Jess Glynne (I am too stoked for Jess). It’ll be her fourth appearance at the ceremony, having performed in 2008, 2011, and 2012 whilst hailing awards.

This year’s excitement may be even greater because of her newly released, already gone platinum, got everyone posting the lyrics album Anti. Her work is receiving loads of positive feedback, with “Work,” an island infused track featuring ex-beau Drake, already dominating the airwaves.

Many can agree that this album is a reflection of the carefree, island gal Rih we’re familiar with but intensified. Her songs are carefully crafted and her vocals have gotten sharper. She is back (musically) in full effect. Her performance is well anticipated because our ears have been graced with great new music.

I personally admire Rihanna for her self preservation and ability to care very little about public opinion. She’s aware of her strength, beauty, pleasures and pains – just listen to “Yeah, I Said it,” “Needed Me,” and “Kiss It Better” for proof. She speaks volumes about her desires and confusions and I am here for it all. Something tells me that she’ll surely perform “Kiss It Better” in a romantic stage setting that commands attention. Regardless of what her music selection we’ll be, the NAVY will be glued.
