Pharrell Is The New Co-Owner of G-Star RAW

Pharrell Williams is a winner. This artist’s tenacity to win is incomparable. From the boards to the fashion house, Pharrell has had hands on any and everything creative.

He’s got hits. He’s got style. He’s got designing capability. And, to now further the list of accolades and achievements this seemingly ageless artist already holds, the rapper-producer has revealed he is now a co-owner of G-Star RAW.

This practically a long time in the making. Pharrell and G-Star have been courting each other for quite some time now, releasing three collaborative collections including last year’s The RAW for the Oceans – producing denim garments made using recycled plastic removed from oceans.

The artist took to Twitter to share the exciting news, simply posting a photo of himself on top of a pile of jeans saying: “On top of my business. As of today, proud to be a co-owner of @GStarRAW.”

Now, Pharrell’s creative direction will influence not only G-Star RAW but his streetwear brand Billionaire Boys Club and Ice Cream, which he regained full control over last year.
